With margins tightening and UK policy dynamics evolving, the leadership team needed a credible entry path into the UK healthcare market that balanced speed with disciplined risk. The question was less "can we buy a hospital?" and more "how do we enter a regulated, referral-led system without paying for demand we don't control—or inheriting a fixed cost base we can't flex."

In a rapid, 3-week opportunity sprint, we reframed a dormant hospital asset from "reopening risk" into a controlled market-entry platform anchored on a decisive advantage: a large, integrated primary-care referral network.
